The room we stayed in was recently renovated, so that was really nice. The restaurants were pretty good in the staff was friendly. But the casino allows people to smoke and so I could not go in to the casinos because it was difficult to breathe there’s.

Nice hotel, but room A/C a bit weak.

We received a free upgrade upon check-in which was a nice touch. Room was newly renovated, but the hallway was still under construction. (Signs were posted apologizing for the work. There was no construction noise.) Our only complaint was the lackluster A/C in the room. Never really cooled down as much as we'd hoped. No cigarette smoke smell in the room, hallways or restaurant we visited. Yep, majority of casino smelled of smoke.

I ordered the chicken fried steak at the Blue Parrot and it was horrible, there wasn’t any meat only fried breading. The manager was very helpful and took the dinner off the bill since I couldn’t eat it. Most employees were very friendly and polite.

The room was large and very nice. Unfortunately it had no real view out the windows as it overlooked the indoor swimming pool. Also outside the windows were two glass elevators running 24 hrs. So you couldn’t really leave the curtains open anyway. It was too much hassle to pack everything up and move, so we stayed put. But didn’t like it. For someone who isn’t bothered by dark and noise it would be ok?
