Had a problem with Guest service representative OMAR. We felt like he was giving us trouble on purpose. (We are a black couple) We had previously talked to different representatives and felt they could have helped us but they stood aside and let Omar give us this hard time even though they were the ones who gave us different information just 30 mins ago. We were embarrassed and frustrated with the way we were treated by him and this is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of a 5 but other than that the room was very nice and very clean!! My boyfriend and I stayed there for the weekend for our anniversary and we had a great time. Had an AMAZING dinner at the Atlantis steakhouse! (Highly recommend it)
