No wifi no tv

Wifi did not work in my room on the 16th floor. It was not strong enough a signal to even connect. My TV could only be turned on with remote and was stuck on the hotel amenities channel. When I called the front desk, they were not helpful and just apologized for the inconvenience. I also should have known better to get a hotel/casino. I was not aware they still allowed smoking in 2025. My room was very nice and clean and smoke free, that was all that was positive. I wish I could have enjoyed the hotel but I just left to go see a movie instead.

A great hotel

I had cut my stay short. It was a great stay. Excellent restaurants, but no laundromat. Waiting for my refund from Hotels.com for having to leave early.
