The room did not have the room service code needed to order and no one at the front desk could find me help for over 30 minutes. The bed was not very comfortable. The tv only had casting as an option and that didn’t work.

Right now, Feb 2025, isn't a great time to stay at Boomtown due to renovations. During our stay, they were re-coating the pool deck, which filled the hallways with heavy fumes. Also, it was below 40 degrees outside, but for some reason, we needed to have our AC on. It might have been the heating in the hallway seeping through underneath the doorway. I imagine it'll get better later. Just not great accomodations at the moment.

The room was big but the fridge was WAY TOO SMALL, and did not work. The phone did not work and the room did have missing bedding for the sleeper sofa BUT..the front desk did fix the bed and phone quickly. The tech guy did try to fix the fridge but it still did not work correctly.

Room was fine. Lobby and all common areas reeked of cigarette smoke, which wasn't unexpected since we knew this hotel allowed smoking but still just gross. The room was very hot and despite us turning the heat off it stayed above 72. We had to put the AC on overnight and it was annoying because it would go on and off intermittently and wake us up.

The room they gave us was super smelly! When we reached out to the hotel reception for changing the room they sad they don’t have any other available room and they hung up the phone rudely. We checked the availability online and there were plenty of vacant rooms. We went to the reception directly and they finally gave us a room which was more reasonable and clean.
