The staff and rooms were nice but trying to get to the Sky Tower with your luggage was very challenging. Had to go up and down stairs just to get to the elevators. Not a good situation for elderly guests and guests with disabilities. No valet or bell hops at time we checked in. Which was early in the evening.

Room walls are very thin.i can hear everysound from every room around mine. Every single escalator going up in the entire property is broken. I can smell Marijuana in the hlls of the rooms all the time. Expedia said my booking coverd "ALL FEES AND TAXES" This was not true. I was charger an additional $35 resort fee.

We had a great stay. This place is BUSY on weekends. My suggestion is check-in ahead and use the kiosks to get your room keys. The wait can be up to an hour and you can't leave your car curbside. Other than that tons to do there and its right on the row.
