most everything is closed. no place to eat except gordans fish and chips or food court. we had found cafe opened the next day. breakfast was $50 for 2 people and the food wasnt great. most escalators off, being worked on. It looks like Reno has dried up. So sad, use to be our favorite place to go. Wont be going back. we didnt take pictures, nothing worth taking pictures of.

I booked for a certain price but at check-in there was a 30-something hotel fee… That fee should be included in the price to book the hotel otherwise it’s a scam. You think I’m going to drive all the way to my hotel with my luggage just not to get the room I reserved? It’s a scam, they now you don’t have a choice but to have to pay the extra fee.
