When we checked in, we were asked to use a kiosk which was fine, but they did not explain that there was a tower of rooms all the way across the casino and we did not understand that and was not told that and it was a long distance to go after a day of traveling. Tpetcommon.They're fat

Nice and frustrating

The hotel room was very nice. Finding the front desk and the rooms initially was very frustrating. The room receipt gives written instructions but takes you on a maze through the casino instead of a direct route to the escalators.

I shouldn't have been surprised.

I shouldn’t have been surprised by the accommodations at this hotel. The room itself was sufficient, and the bed was just okay. However, getting to the room was a nightmare—the elevators were extremely slow, and several weren’t even working. The hotel was loud and felt dirty throughout.

On Friday night there was a 2 hour line to check in to the hotel. It was an awful experience. I would like to be compensated for this discomfort. The decor is also outdated and run down. The room itself was fine and comfortable and had a nice mountain view.

I booked the room for family that was arriving by plane at midnight, to sleep for a night before driving. They got to the hotel and there was a line up at check in of approximately 100 or more people waiting for check in. They drove instead after seeing that. The room was paid in advance. It’s 4 hours later, they’d likely still be in line. No one should ever stay here. That’s unheard of.

The property is extremely old, and the Sky Tower rooms are a long walk from the casino floor, which is extremely unorganized. There are very few card tables, very few staff walking the floor, really boring slot machines and lots of empty space where gift shops and the like used to be. I wouldn't recommend Circus Circus as a destination in Reno.
