A fun circus themed facility

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and clean. This is a very good mid priced hotel in downtown Reno. It's a reality good value for the money. There is a circus midway in the facility, with daily shows that are great for kids and faculty.

I’ve stayed here twice now and I can 100 percent say that the staff is their most valuable asset! I was checking in by Analyn and she was so courteous and professional! I asked for a specific tower and she was more than accommodating! The only issue that I had with the room was that my bathroom sink stopper was broken and in the down position. I needed to go out so I reported it to the front desk and by the time I returned, it was fixed and a note was left by the engineer who did the repair! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

The room and areas of the hotel felt a bit dirty. Like the top cover for the bed had make up stains and the furniture in the room had dust and was not cleaned regularly. The shower was not cleaned by our housekeeper and the line for check in was extremely long for a Thursday
