On a main drag so very loud. Thin walls. Very low budget motel for budget hotel price. Pretty sure people live there like crappy apartments.

Very clean, bad wi-fi signal in my room

The room was clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a first-floor room and received one, however the first floor is actually half a stairway down from the parking lot at the back of the building. And the second floor is half a stairway up. So really the second floor would have been the same. My room was at the very rear of the property and I did not have wi-fi signal. The motel is a short walk from Virginia Lake, a very beautiful area.

Poor cleanliness and no amenities property clames

I made my reservation online and one of the amenities I was looking forward to was a microwave in the room. I also called to make sure they accept small dogs, to which they said they do at this property. I arrived and got checked in. While going over the rules I was told no pets of any kind. So I had to make an unplanned one hour drive out of my way to take my dog home. On my way back to the room I stopped for some microwaveable food. When I finally got into the room, I saw there was no microwave. I go to shower later that night and there is no shower head. To top it off the sheets had stains on them. I will not be a return customer at this location. Also, if you stay at this location, you might want to request the top floor. Any and all movement sounds like ppl are stomping around.

Friendly staff. The man running the connected pizza place seemed annoyed that I only asked for a soda. Room was clean. Mini fridge and microwave. It’s a pretty basic hotel. The bus line is super convenient to downtown.
