Staff were neutral, bed was very comfortable, the Jungle themed room was excellently made and cute. Only complaint is the bath tub has black mold around the caulk and dirt build up was apparent in crevices of the tub. If the bath was cleansed thoroughly this would of been a 5 star review! Nice hotel.

The naugahyde (sp?) covering on the rolling chair in my room was ripped/missing about 10 inches by 7 inches. I had wanted to use the chair, but couldn't. When I casually mentioned it to the front desk at check, I was met with a blank stare. No acknowledgement, no apology, no nothing.

Room was nice. Pool area was a highlight. I am reluctant to use a third party service like Expedia as I unfortunately did. Staff always defers to them when there is any hiccup. Unable to get a receipt that wasn't zeroed out at check out. Awaiting the surprise when I get my bill.

Unfortunately, I am sensitive to air fresheners- the room was sprayed and it was very prevalent when I checked in. Small inconvenience was the bedside lamps could not be controlled at lamp. They could only be controlled by switch by the door. Front desk agent, Landon was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and understanding with my struggles booking with Expedia. Expedia booking calendar on the cell phone app is not user friendly- but the Expedia chat agent was very helpful and responsive to correct my mistake on the booking date…
