If only I can get a room facing the waterfront and snowy mountain, that will be excellent. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Very efficient too! Breakfast is great. Even providing cod liver oil. Opposite Harpa bus stop 5, convenient for Flybus travel to the airport.

This hotel is excellent location to walk to everything while having a gorgeous view of the harbor! 2 min walk to bus stops 5&6 which l tours pick up at. Great breakfast! We chose sea view room. It was great! Rooms are small but that’s normal for Europe. Shower is small and oddly designed but it works fine. Our room was cool. We had an adjustable thermostat and turned heat off or low. Room had a fan also. Would absolutely stay here again. Everyone is super friendly. We loved the spa area and enjoyed a hot soak every day!

Great location, convenient for pick ups to the airport and various trips. Rooms are clean but could be bigger and have better decor. We didn’t mind as it was good value for money. Staff were really friendly and professional. We didn’t realise you needed to pay extra to use the spa when we booked, not sure it's good value for money unless you use it multiple times during your stay.

Check in was troublesome. I had requested early check in (with additional fee), but when i arrived at 10 am, it was not available. Ok understandable. Came back at 1pm still not available so I informed clerk I would wait in lobby. I was only person waiting in lobby, so I assumed when it would become available, I would be notified. But at 2 o’clock, I got up and asked her to check and lo and behold. It was already available. I was so disappointed that she didn’t let me know. Believe me hotel was not busy T the time, so I found it very disappointing.

Location great. Staff were great. Room was fine. Breakfast ok but not great. A bit noisy (alarm went off around midnight but then stopped, also lots of people talking loudly in corridors late at night.). Hot tub/spa was at extra cost - not very clear when booking.

It didnt seem like a 4 star hotel. Pictures show sleepmasks, but i didnt get one. The bathroom and room seemed quite small.

This hotel was literally perfect in terms of location. Right across from Harpa bus stop #5. Walking distance to all of downtown and has a beautiful sea view. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok. Didn’t have a chance to visit the sky bar or the spa. 10/10 will stay again in the future.
