Excellent hotel. Amazing staff made the stay memorable. They really are brilliant. Room was lovely and sparkling clean, serviced daily with housekeeping visiting morning and afternoon checking on towels, water, mini bar etc. The wifi was great, even for work -teams calls etc. never used the pool but it was beautifully clean and well subscribed. 15 mins from old town made it a perfect location with spectacular views.

Only a few minor things that didn’t quite meet 5 star- no water fountain in the spa/sauna area. Rooms were good but lack of signage to elevators/stairs. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Platinum Resort in Rhodes. The customer service was excellent – the staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was spotless, with everything kept very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the food was of very good quality with plenty of variety to enjoy. On top of that, the views were absolutely amazing, making the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return in the future. Overall it wasn’t bad the staff were brilliant and food was good but the hotel next door was very noisy which really irritated us even with the balcony door closed it was still too much, going on to 11ish most nights also be aware if you book this through some websites It makes it look like you are booking an all inclusive holiday when I fact it’s breakfast only so be careful

Brilliant Hotel

I have stayed here a few times and really enjoy it on every occasion. I love the view and the walk along Ixia Bay into Rhodes is one of my favorite parts of my stay. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. The rooms are always immaculate. I will happily stay there the next time I'm in Rhodes if they have a vacancy.
