Pros: breakfast bar was clean and well stocked. Fitness room was open and had water and working tv. Rooms fine. Cons: no swimming pool despite it being listed. I had to pay for parking despite it being listed as free and “self park”. Trash in the parking lot.

I booked this room because they are off the 95 and pet friendly. We arrived at around 7pm on Saturday and the place seemed empty (was concerned). We noticed the grass surrounding the hotel and common pet areas were over a foot tall! When I asked the desk clerk said "our gardener hasn't been showing up, we've been calling, but no luck", so avoiding tall grass and getting ticks was a focus. I also asked why they were so empty, she said "holidays are always slow" this was easter weekend. Upon checking in I was also charged a $5 parking fee (we self parked and the place had maybe 20 cars in the large lot), we were then shown to a room that smelled pretty bad like mint mouthwash sprayed over dog or cat urine? We requested another room and were provided with a comfortable room that did not smell. We went to dinner and noticed all the surrounding hotels seemed busy, so there is definitely something up with this place. It was ok, not worth the price, will not stay here again.

Your reception person Elly was fabulous. She turned my sour lemon stay into one of lemonade. She was the only staff on duty when I checked in. Once I got to my room, I had a sour odor coming from my refrigerator (the freezer)section . I went back to the front desk and Elly immediately came down and cleaned out the freezer and with that I noticed that the air conditioner was not working she tried and told me, let’s give it 15 minutes maybe to recycle and in the meantime I will reach out to my manager. In 15 minutes I called Elly back and told her that it was still not working. Again she immediately came down and started checking things again and with her manager on the phone she was actually laying on the floor looking for a plug or a breaker to possibly reset it, that didn’t work but she was able to get me a table top fan from the laundry room, which was able to keep the air circulating in the room. I am a retired tradesman and I understand things happen, but your employee went above and beyond to make it comfortable for me. I do hope that your company recognizes the value of this employee. A horrible experience. The bathroom ceiling had mold build up dusk . The shower had crack and mildew . Walls in the room has webs and spiders. Just overall horrible place stay .
