Room was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned in what looked like a long time. Requested non smoking and the entire room smelled like cigarettes and the was cigarette butts on the bedframe and burn holes in the furniture.

room smelled like straight up cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. staff wouldn’t give another room. said they were out even though website said they had 8 rooms. told us to reach out to expedia to get a refund so we did and expedia got in contact and the hotel denied the refund request.

room was incredibly dirty. someone’s drink from before us was left in the bathroom. as well as damp and wet towels covered in hair. the fire alarm was dismembered in the room. the pillows had stains and so did the bed sheets.

The property was inexpensive, but I wasn't aware that it also houses individual on social service with no place to live. They are actually resident living there due to increase rental prices across the city of Richmond. It was an eye opening experience for me, maybe it was meant for me to see how blessed I am. The place could use some TLC.

Yes it has been great. Everyone has been very nice and professional. I love the location as well, close to the interstate,as well as lots of close shops and great restaurants. I am very pleased.
