Although I was not initially greeted by the person at the front desk when I entered the hotel (I was expecting a bit more hospitality than just standing there waiting to be acknowledged; the other staff members were far more pleasant), I was provided with the room I requested and given instructions regarding parking once I asked. It was older (there was a wall phone in the bathroom), but it was clean and quiet. The hotel is being renovated, so keep this in mind. It was a very short stay, so I don’t have much to add aside from the restaurant not being open. There are plenty in the area, so if you stay here, try those out.

We loved the atmosphere and kusoc in the lobby. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was super friendly and informative when we asked for good places to eat. The area arpund yhe hotel was plentiful with little shops and restaurants to explore.

There was an horrible stitch when we walked in. The person at the desk seem to be immune to it. It spelled like mold or damp carpet. The restaurant was barely operational. We went down Saturday early afternoon and we were told we couldn’t order food because they had a large party they weren’t expecting. We went down at 11:35 PM on Sunday and we were told we couldn’t order food because the kitchen was closed. Only to find that 15 minutes later, they were serving food to another party. I really love this hotel the first time but this time I was mostly disappointed.

Great location and we like the room with a terrace, however it is a bit shabby. They are starting a renovation but it hadn’t reached the 4th floor yet. There is a restaurant on site now, which is a plus although the restaurant service is incredibly slow.
