It was awesome - I stayed there May 22-25 for the AA Hispanic State Convention, and my family had a great time! I recommend this hotel- spacious and clean.

Hyatt not committed to giving the room they book!

Booked 2 queen beds and paid extra only to show up and then tell me they don’t have any 2 queen beds available. So my poor grandmother had to sleep on couch. I slept on king bed because she insisted. I will never stay at a Hyatt branded place again. I did not expect such low quality service from a place where I frequently stay. They also would not refund any differences for the extra that I paid for the 2 queens and gave me a Single king bed.

Michelle was amazing. We were there for after our wedding. Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My wedding flowers were delivered to the wrong hotel and Michele even called to try to locate them, she is a gem and people like her are in short supply

No staff to help with luggage at check out. This was physically difficult for us. Parking lot attendant difference about handicapped parking in same location as charging station for electric cars. Daytime attendendent very helpful, nighttime attendant disagreed about parking location. Mixed message. For us 82 and 90 years old, this was upsetting!!
