We had to wait almost half an hour for someone to get to the front desk to check us in. The hallway carpets were filthy. There were multiple rooms around us with dogs barking and it took two calls and a trip down to the front desk for them to even consider the fact that it was exceptionally disruptive to those trying to sleep.
