This is an excellent place to stay. The only issue was that our room 103 was near the laundry and mechanical room and it was noisy. Otherwise a great place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel a total of four times: in August, September, November 23rd, and November 29th. Each time, I brought my dog, who serves as my emotional support, and always, after showing my license, I was exempt from the dog fee, but not on November 29th. The women working there told me they never grant such exemptions. I told them I'd never had a problem with it before, and even a week ago, I was exempt from the fee. The response was that someone else was working at the time, but now we're here, and if you want to stay with your dog, you have to pay for it. This means that some lobby staff accept it and others don't – so I'm grateful for this kind of service.

We love staying at this hotel whenever we go to Roanoke. Our experience has been that the rooms are very clean and odor free. The pool is clean and in decent repair. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely our go to hotel in the Roanoke area.
