Can't stay if you live within an hour away

My reservation was canceled because we live within an hour of this hotel. We were told previous people from nearby areas have trashed the hotel, therefore, their policy is to not book anyone within an hour radius. We are 50 years old coming up to watch a hockey game and they told us this when we tried to check in. They also canceled our friends reservations that met us up here. Unfortunately, they lost responsible adult business, but we found a nice room at the Hotel Roanoke across the street and it was easy to walk to the Berglund Center to see the hockey game from the hotel

It is clean, with comfortable beds and overall a great place. The front desk, breakfast, and cleaning staff are friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I like the no pet and no locals policies. No vagrants around. Room was clean as was the rest of the facility. Staff was great. Recommend this place to anyone.
