We’ll run and friendly staff. One shared elevator working for guests and cleaning by staff. Updates needed, but I slept very well, so the energy of the place is grounded.

The room was clean and the beds were awesome. But the furniture needs some updating. The bathroom vanity was very low and the shower/tub should be updated. The water pressure was great. The breakfast which is included was very good. There were 2 elevators and only 1 worked. The people were friendly.

It was a good place to stay near downtown New York/NJ but still on outskirts. Nothing overly fancy but nice.

Pros- Bed and pillows very comfortable but on the soft side. Shower had great water pressure. Quiet. Cons- Front desk clerk on arrival mid afternoon not friendly or welcoming. Upholstered chair in room so badly stained we wouldn't even set luggage on it. Hotel had very strong chemical smell that was unpleasant. Breakfast buffet was not good. Sausages looked like they were cooked in a microwave and were cold. Toaster was dirty. Went out to breakfast the second morning.

I would never stay here again. When we checked in, the floor in our room was wet. We immediately went to the front desk and instead of being offered another room or a real solution, we were dismissed. The situation was so bad we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. I later called the manager, who wasn’t even on site during all of this, and he told me the staff claimed I refused another room—which is a complete lie. He also said there was nothing wrong with the room. So not only was our complaint ignored, but we were gaslit and blamed for how we were treated. Completely unprofessional. No accountability, no customer care. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
