Hope is only 2 blocks from St. Mary's hospital and 7 blocks from Mayo Clinic. 1 bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. 3 bedrooms up and bath. 1 bathroom downstairs. All queen size beds. Over 2,118 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 5 steps to get into the home. We are only 2-3 blocks from restaurants, a mall, and soon a grocery store. House was built 1900 so floors creak. Head clearance on steps is lowered. We also have many additional houses downtown if this is not available for your time frame.
We are only 4 blocks from restaurants, Walgreens, gas station and a grocery store.
A single-car compact garage is at the house. Please park in the garage/driveway or you will get a parking ticket from the city of Rochester. Only permitted parking is allowed on the streets between 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. All other times you may park on the street. This is due to the closeness of St. Mary's hospital. 3 vehicles could park in the driveway besides the one in the garage.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.
There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is unique trim work throughout the dining, living and office room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems.
In the basement there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use.
No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you.
Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through VRBO when the house is available for you.
