Stayed for 1 night so I made it work. Property needs updating. Front desk gal was friendly and quick to get me checked in. Room felt humid even with air conditioning on, even sheets felt wet when I went to bed. Nasty stains on side of mattress that I saw when ready to check out. Person in next room was up yelling until after midnight and then again around 5am. For 1 night, it was OK but not sure I'd stay again

2 stars because the room was clean and serviceable, but the rest of the facility needs attention from the ownership; some simple maintenance issues like a broken top to the in-room coffee maker, the door didn't automatically latch; then every piece of equipment in the gym was broken and unusable, the only working ice machine was in the breakfast room on the 1st floor, front door slider worked but was off kilter, door key had to be reset every day, staff was nice but not totally responsive and couldn't do much about most of the issues other than acknowledge that they knew about it.

Kind woman on Sunday, July 13th when we checked out. Your beds should be upgraded, though. Feel bad for all the Mayo patients who must stay with you and need a higher quality bed to help in their recovery. Thank you!

Wanted to go elsewhere

Getting in and registering made difficult by a very large contingent of African people unhappy with their rooms and clogging up the entryway, lobby and eating area. Staff member at desk in tears. This colored the whole visit, but there were also 3 things in the bathroom that were not difficult to fix. Will not stay there again

Too hot in Rochester

Air conditioners didn’t work well. Couches were stained and old, bathroom shower drain plug was broken, bed covers were stained…nothing like the photos they advertised.

The bathroom was not clean, smelled stongly of chemicals. Wife is immunocompromised and didnt feel comfortable using the shower. I cleaned it quick for her to use. We were focused on her appointments so we just dealt with it ourselves. Thanks

We had a large group with us, our room was fine. Our air was working well and our room was clean and nice. But some of our other members rooms were not so good. The a/c didn’t work and the room was not as clean.

We were able to check in early after we were done at the hospital. Plenty of shopping and food options within 5 minutes. The breakfast looked great although we had to pass it up.
