I booked a room for 3 adults. 1 king bed and a sofa bed. When we got to the room there was only a king sized bed. Upon asking the front desk if I got the right room or not she replied “you’ve been upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub and unfortunately there aren’t any double bed rooms” which obviously didn’t work with my reservation. She then said she could have a roller bed delivered and asked if that would work, which I replied it’s going to have to. This was very unprofessional and completely ruined my stay in Rock Springs.

Extremely Uncomfortable Bed

We booked with Holiday Inn because we wanted better quality than Motel 6, but the hotel and our room were only Motel 6 quality. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (we could feel the springs). We were up all night. The lights were on a motion sensor that would wake us up too. The hotel should have given a discount for the massive remodel, but instead charged a fee for the breakfast that is usually included with the price of the room.

Decent place

Hotel with 24/7 pool and gym. Nothing special, but currently undergoing renovations. Otherwise the place was clean, and it seems like it will be even better soon. I was happy to see water bottle filling stations, however the filters were past due for a change.
