There was long black hair in the shower. At midnight there was a woman stomping and being extremely loud outside our door, it woke us up. The food at old chicago was not good and highly over priced. The pillows were terrible on my bed. This is the 2nd crappy experience at this location.

When I asked staff, in a phone call if they had EV charging stations, one staff said they did, but she wasn't sure where they were or if the plug was a universal fit. Upon arrival, another staff member told us there weren't any charging stations. Would be nice if all staff had the same answers
