Beautifully set among the trees and within easy walking distance of the Pacific Ocean, this three-story home just outside downtown Rockaway Beach provides ample space to spend time with loved ones yet still find all the privacy and relaxation you need. The interior is modern and well-appointed, allowing you to walk through the door after a day spent on the beach, head upstairs to the main living area, and fix yourself a snack in the kitchen or pile on the sofa to watch a TV show. Bring a book outside to one of the cushioned seats on the deck, light the gas grill, and use the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and island cooktop to get a delicious homemade meal on the table. As for the evening hours, head outside to roast marshmallows around the firepit with a soundtrack of ocean waves rolling in, or gather for a movie in the downstairs media room, complete with a mini-fridge for your favorite drinks and snacks.
At night, you'll have your pick of three bedrooms and a loft room spread out across the home's three levels. There are two king bedrooms, one on the main living level and one on the lower level, as well as a third bedroom downstairs with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The loft room, which is accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room, features a full-size bunk bed.
This home sits in a grove of trees two miles south of downtown Rockaway Beach, approximately 600 feet from the beach access. You'll be able to walk to the beach each morning and spend your days swimming, surfing, building sandcastles, and taking scenic strolls northward toward Twin Rocks. Downtown Rockaway Beach is a bustling hub of candy stores, casual eateries, and beach shops, while the town of Garibaldi (three miles southeast) is home to a working fishing harbor on the north end of Tillamook Bay. One of the most iconic sites on the Northern Oregon Coast, the famous Tillamook Creamery, is only 11 miles south as well.
