Room had a weird smell, bed linen was not clean, there was BLOOD droplets on the side of the bed sheets/mattress cover. Changed rooms after I was offered the opportunity to change my own bed at 11:00 pm. New room had NO HOT water in the sink. However bedding was clean and smelled fresh. Was offended that the app offered me a chance to tip after all of this happened.

Came to freshly cleaned room, staff was friendly they personally went upstairs and made sure room was ready when I arrived for checkin. Unfortunately we were not provided WiFi access and the only thing missing from breakfast was variety of fruit (there was oranges nothing else) overall will be staying again at next visit.
