The staff was very welcoming—we arrived for a very late check-in, and they were super friendly and accommodating. The room had everything we needed for a one-night stay. However, the noise from passing cars was quite noticeable, which made it hard to fully relax. Breakfast was average. I’ve stayed at the same hotel in Madison West before, and the breakfast there was much better. This location didn’t quite measure up in that regard.
