Lakefront mökki upealla uinnilla ja näkymillä

Silver Lake on tärkein järvi Länsi-Michiganissa, vain 5 mailin päässä Rockfordista ja 16 mailin päässä Grand Rapidsin keskustasta. Mökissä on tehty lukuisia viimeaikaisia päivityksiä ja uusia huonekaluja. Kiinteistöllä on hiekkapohjainen ranta, joka sopii erinomaisesti uimiseen ja aktiviteetteihin. Se on saatavana 6 kuukauden vuokra-ajan 1. marraskuusta 1. toukokuuta. Minulla on myös toinen kiinteistö järvellä 12 talon päässä, joka on VRBO # 710565.

Mökissä on noin 1200 neliöjalkaa, 3 makuuhuonetta kaksi 2. kerroksessa ja makuuhuone pääosassa. 2 täyttä kylpyammetta, toisessa suihku ja 2 pesuallasta, jotka uusittiin kokonaan vuonna 2019, ja toisessa kylpyamme / suihku. Siinä on suuri päivitetty keittiö, ruokailutila ja kaksi suurta 9 jalkaa liukusäädintä näkymät järvelle. Mökissä on uudet huonekalut ja sängyt / patjat vuonna 2018 korkealaatuisilla lakanoilla ja mukavuuksilla.

Ulkopuolella on valtava kannella yli veden etsiminen vain 5 askelta alas nurmikolle / rannalle ja iso tiilet ulkotakka Adirondack tuolit rentoutua tulipalon ympärillä. Siellä on myös 100 jalan telakka, jonka lopussa on uimaportaat. Tarjolla on 2 kajakkia, 2 pystyssä olevaa melontalautaa ja melontavene pelastusliiveillä. Mukana hiekkalelu lapsille, maissireikä, hevosenkengät, bocce jne..

Uudempi ponttonivene on mahdollisesti vuokrattavissa. Se on jaettu kahden kiinteistön kesken, ja se tarjotaan etuoikeusjärjestykseen. Siinä on hiljainen nelitahtimoottori ja kapasiteetti jopa 10 henkilöä. Vakuutus ja kaasu sisältyvät hintaan. Korko riippuu vuodenajasta. Kysy hinnoittelusta.

Silver Lake on kaikki urheilujärvi, jossa on 225 hehtaaria, mikä on Michiganin järven veden kirkkauden ylin 5%. Koti on etelään päin ja tarjoaa paljon auringonpaistetta ja varjopaikkoja haluttaessa.

Silver Lake cottage vacation

We rented the cottage because we wanted to spend some time with my elderly mother who lives about 6 miles away. The kids always had something to do, kayaking, paddle boarding fishing and riding on the paddle boat. We also enjoyed the pontoon boat. My grandson caught a fish off the dock and was thrilled with it. Brian was a great host and we plan on coming back next year. We traveled from Arizona and enjoyed the cooler weather. One day my mom baked cookies with her great granddaughter. Yes, we had four generations together at times, making great memories. Thank you Brian.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time. The home is laid out well and has everything we needed. It was nice to walk straight out to the beautiful clear lake. We relaxed, fished, grilled, boated, swam, and even took in the downtown area and restaurants. We plan to book again in the future.

Perfect spot

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here for my children’s spring break! Perfect Lake House close to Grand Rapids in a nice quiet neighborhood. Excellent for us

We didn't get to enjoy the lake because of the reason for our stay and it was definitely not the time of the year for it. The places are beautiful, we stayed in both of his cabins for our wedding. The first night I was in the larger one the second night I went to the smaller cabin where my husband was. The night after rehearsal we all ended up at 1 of the cabins for a little while, then they kicked him out at 11:59. Haha it was big enough for 14 of us to visit in until we split again so he couldnt see me. Even since before I booked Brian was there to answer questions, when we didn't need as many to stay he was helpful in taking the amount of people that I booked (I booked full for both cabins) and making sure everything was great. I'd definitely stay again. Next time in warmer weather though to utilize all he has to offer. So clean and helpful! Thanks again Brian!

Fall weekend at a Michigan lake

Lake home in a lakefront association was very peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking, nice weather and grilling on the outdoor living space. It was quite accessible for our blind 93 year old and she was able to enjoy the family event without needing stairs.

The property was perfect for our lake vacation! The home is right on the lake. The rooms are clean. The bathroom has great water pressure and hot water. Everything we needed was right there. My daughter loved all the sand toys. I loved have a kayak, paddle board, and sitting out near the water in the morning and evening. We had a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

This property was amazing. Our Family of 6 spent a few days here before our kids were returning to college for the year. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, the water was clear, we had a fire every night at the house came equipped with all the water toys the older kids could want. We paddle boared and kayak in the morning. Brian has really thought of everything for this vacation rental. I can not recommend this property enough, I may want to keep it a little secret place.

Everything in one place

This location is ideal for both water fun, work, and relaxing. We relocated for the last week of summer vacation and while I worked, the kids (ages 10 and 12) were able to paddle board, paddle boat, and kayak around the lake -- it is big enough to be enjoyable, but small enough to always have your eye on them. The outdoor amenities (water toys, fire pit, grill) and all the indoor amenities (wifi, TV, full kitchen) made it so you had everything you could possibly need. This was perfect.

Wonderful!

What a peaceful and relaxing place to be! We kayaked in the morning, took walks through the lovely neighborhoods, had dinner and wine on the deck, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lake is clean and clear, neighbors are kind and the house has everything you need. I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and Brian is number one as the most accommodating and gracious host. He makes you feel like you are his only guest. Thank you!

Great family vacation

We booked this for a family get away for Fourth of July week and it was perfect. The lake view, the house, the neighbors, the owner were all amazing. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, Brian the owner was the best. He made everything simple and checked in on us and was just an overall great host. Highly recommend. The house had everything we needed down to pots, pans, towels, soaps, dishes, utensils, etc. paddle boat, boards, kayaks, life vests, fire wood, grill and we even got to enjoy the pontoon boat. Such a great vacation and we will definitely go back. Plus the neighbors were so nice to talk with and were really sweet to our children. Thank you Brian for an amazing week.

Beautiful property , lovely location.

This property is spacious, clean and comfortable. I have stayed in self catering accommodation in quite a few countries and have never found one so generously equipped with staples and kitchenware etc. The outside space was also very well designed, we loved the deck, grill and the pontoon boat. We were very lucky with the weather and had a lovely break. Will come back next year if possible.

Relaxing stay with family

The property and check in was great. We stayed in late October so weather didn't allow for getting in the lake but imagine it would be great on a nice summer day. Only 20-30 minutes from Grand Rapids downtown as well.
