The bed was comfy. Shower good water pressure. Location great. Downside: I got a pet room. Just because I got a pet room, it should be clean thoroughly. My dog could smell the scent of another dog on my comforter. That shouldn’t happen. Also, there was a roach coming out of my hair dryer. Breakfast would have been better if you used biodegradable plates, forks, etc. I didn’t eat because I don’t eat from plastic. Front desk was great. I will come back because of location but I wish changes on cleanliness and eco friendly breakfast utensils

Disappointed for several reasons. Our room had no heat during a cold snap, so late at night, after staff insisted it was working (it wasn't) we had to change rooms. Not convenient when exhausted. Second, parking charge we were not aware of in the info online. Third, we declined housekeeping services but asked for beds to be made. It did not happen. Last, woke up to hearing a conversation in the room next door. That was a surprise. For this price, I expected better. And I'm really easy going but this all adds up to wishing we'd picked another hotel.

I've never had a bad experience at a country inn and suites. Walked in Friendly greeting. Went to my room was nice and clean and spacious. Jumped in the pool and hot tub which was so relaxing. Comfortable mattress, had a great night's sleep. The floor above me was a little noisy with stomping a little bit though. Next morning woke up and had breakfast and was kindly greeted by Mar who tended to the breakfast area. She is an absolute sweetheart. They should never let her go.
