Property needs updating. Key card machine doesn't work so the manager has to walk you to your room each time you have to enter it. Rooms smelled musty. AC/heat unit noisy.

Its a wooden building and you can hear people talking in the lobby and hallways late into the night. The smell of disinfectant was so strong I had to open the windows and door for an hour to get it so I could stand it.

I had mold black mold in the shower I was in the handicap room and the black mold was in the shower I took pictures of it took it to the front desk they told me I had to contact y'all so can you please call me back

Southern Hospitality at it's best

These people are the best, everyone is so nice. Everything about the place was great. There is something about dealing with native Southerners that is just so relaxing, eveeybody working here has that Carolina accent and I am here for it. :)
