The staff was extremely helpful and kind! The rooms are very very clean with amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, couch, extremely comfortable beds and the staff always makes sure to ask if I have everything I need. I stayed at the "Guest Inn" 45 years ago while working in Springdale. The rooms are modernized including nice vinyl plank flooring. Great TV viewing with free HBO/Cinemax stations.

It was good for the money. the bed and the pillows were very good very comfy, they kept us in clean towels for the couple of days that we were there. They had a swing for couples under a pavilion to be able to watch the traffic go by it was very relaxing at night. Staff was very courteous and nice. Rooms are very quiet.

Very nice staff, but needs to update their rooms tremendously. The hotel is as clean as it can possibly be, but based on the age and the non-efficient upkeep over the years it has gone downhill. It is worth the stay somewhere else although we need this hotel will be efficient and do.

Caring and conscientious owners

Guest Inn gave us a nice, affordable, and comfortable place to stay when visiting our daughter. When checking out, they asked about our stay and made sure there wasn’t anything that went wrong or bothered us.
