Very clean and convenient place to stay. Within walking distance of shopping, sites Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, piazzas and more and grocery stores. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Location location and amazing guest service. Romania and the whole team pleasant and accommodating. Romania helped us with transportation and it was smooth and gave us peace of mind . This location is within walking distance around attractions restaurants and Starbucks . Look no further then this bouquet palace . We will be back .

Pretty good for the price given the fact it was jubilee year in Rome. Just not exactly what you see on the pictures, it’s more run down like most 3 stars hotels in Rome. It was also not 10/10 clean. Some mold in the shower and I found an old mascara brush behind the sink, who knows how long it has been there. Positive points: the staff is very friendly and location is great for walking everywhere and a short walk from the metro.

A must stay

Ariel and Romina are absolute angels. We stayed there for three days. The room is lovely, a bit on the smaller side but great for two people. Even without a balcony you had a view of the city. They were so helpful with helping to get us a taxi. We had an issue with our AC (not their fault, someone must have set it on a timer) and they fixed it no problem. It’s in a central location and although breakfast was included we didn’t get it but I saw it presented and it was beautiful. Breakfast is served as room service. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip to Rome. Thank you Romina and Ariel

I stayed at Boutique Centrale Palace Hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. While the location is convenient, the hotel is outdated and in serious need of renovations. The headboard of the bed was visibly worn, the vanity in the bathroom was uncomfortable to use, and the door frame was detached. On top of that, the hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality it offers. Definitely not the experience one expects from a “boutique” hotel.
