Staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all even though I am disabled. The man at the front desk did not offer any help with my bags and did not tell me what time breakfast was served. He did not tell me breakfast was included. I had to look all that up myself. Check out was also bad. The location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient. The description says it is close to the Colosseum, it's not. It's not close to anything. You don't feel safe in the area. This was supposed to be a VIP experience. It was highlighted as VIP on Expedia. It was not what I was hoping for at all.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Did not love that electric power only worked when in the room, so could not leave things charging and the ac only worked when there (so it was usually around 90F when we got back to the room), but apart from that was well located and easy to get around.
