No water, no compensation

Our stay was significantly marred by a lack of water pressure. The attendant indicated, after my complaint, that it would be fixed by the next day. However, that did not pan out. Then, when I checked out, i complained and was promised compensation in Hilton Honors points. Sufficient to say, after 10 days and 8 phone calls, i have been stonewalled and no points have been awarded.

Lousy. The HVAC system didn't work right it was too hot in the room. One elevator was out. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. Noisy in the hallways with slamming doors all night

Beds so uncomfortable!

Two complaints, bed was rock hard, thin mattress and breakfast was very expensive for my needs. There were two prices, $18 hot food option made to order eggs and omelets, $10 cold option for muffins and bagels. My daughter just wanted a bagel so it wasn’t worth it.

Overall it was a good experience. The guy at check in couldn't tell me where was closer to the elevator... It was like he didn't understand what I was asking... Mainly because I was traveling with an elderly woman.

Very nice and affordable

The service was excellent. Rooms were clean and building very well kept! I personally did not find the bed to be very comfortable, and felt it was too low to the ground but those are my personal opinions. The staff was great.
