Perfect for us & our pup.

This lovely hotel with its gracious host is perfect for dog owners and seniors needing bars in the bathroom. The room was large with plenty of room for the dog kennel. The bed was quite comfortable. To top it off, the hotel is next to walking running trails with a dog park. (Bring your own water to the dog park.)

During my check in, the staff agreed that my checking out time was 4 pm as I had requested for a late check out. While I was away from the hotel, a staff packed up my bag at 12 pm and kept it disrespectfully at the reception without informing me. I was kicked out of the hotel like a criminal and I was threatened. It was a horrible and inhumane experience

This was by far the worst Hampton Inn my family and I have ever stayed at. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. Our room was ant-infested, and to make matters worse, the toilet was dirty upon arrival. We were told no cleaners were available to resolve the issue at the time. When I requested a shampoo replacement, the receptionist simply handed me a new bottle and expected me to mount it myself, without informing me that a special key was needed. Eventually, a housekeeper came to install it, but she was on speakerphone during the entire process, holding a personal conversation while providing service. The night receptionist was also unfriendly and rude, showing no concern or professionalism. It is good that the location has easy access to a walkable shopping center. I visit Texas quite often, but I can confidently say: I will never stay at this location again, not even for free.

We were there for a state 4H competition and the staff was so accommodating for all our equipment. They were so kind and welcoming. Everything was wonderful! Well, except the elevator but they were on it and took care of it! Thank you! Great stay.
