I was very pleased with the hospitality on Friday night at check in with Jasmine at the front counter. Check in was quick and we were able to talk a bit on the reason for me being in the area. I didn’t have to interact with staff much after that. Our room was clean, the gym facility was also clean and access of machines and water with no problems. Overall, a quiet property. Thank you for a great job well done. Will stay again if in the area.

Lobby music could be heard all night in my room, promised "breakfast" was unavailable due to to kitchen closure (what snacks were available were insanely overpriced ... $16 for a bagel?!), luggage carts hidden in back hallway rather than at front door. Additionally, staff could barely speak coherent English and maintained an aloof attitude that clearly indicated they'd rather be someplace else rather than helping guests. Given a choice, I would not stay at this Courtyard Marriott again.

Room had an odd smell. Staff was willing to accommodate and switch rooms but we declined since our initial room was on the first floor & was convenient. They also offered to provide adjoining rooms with family were also staying at the hotel. Room was mostly clean aside from smell & trash in the top of the shower. Didn’t see breakfast at hotel.
