Customer service wasn’t as expected except for the gentlemen in grey that assisted promptly, helpfully, and professionally. They informed me of the 24 hour cafe which I wouldn’t have even known about if I didn’t need a fork at 10pm. I guess I was disappointed that the communication wasn’t good and I was not made aware of all amenities available to me when I checked in. Need current hotel restaurant info in room. Looked at menus online, picked a restaurant based on that, and then restaurant didnt have the item I wanted. I don’t usually leave comments, but in this case I just expected a little more for the price I paid for two rooms for one night.

When we walked in from the parking garage, the carpet looked dirty. It was noticeable. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The walls were thin, as both my friend and I were woken from a sound sleep from the couple next door showing their affection for each other. A bit disturbing and quite noisy for midnight. Other then that- the staff was nice. Property is in a great location and we walked to where we needed to be. The Vines restaurant served an excellent breakfast.
