complimentary breakfast included in this motel stay. rooms have been renovated and are functional and clean. there is a safeway nearby, and it is very close to the hospital. it does have an elevator even though it is a motel.

The staff acted like they didn’t want me there. They hassled me about my service dog. I parked in front of my room, after 5 minutes I got a rude bang, bang, bang on the room door. The person informed me I was parked in the manager’s space. It was not marked. When I checked out I was hassled again about the service dog. I won’t be back.

Great stay! Will be staying again!

Our stay was great! We stayed here for its close proximity to golden 1 for a concert. Check in was fast and easy and the staff were so sweet! I wish I had gone back to ask for their names! They upgraded us to a suite that was perfect! We didn't need much when checking in except for some towels which they gave on the spot. They made sure everything was ready and we had what we needed. Its right next to an IHOP so there were food options for late night and like I mentioned, a good location close to downtown. Thank you Midtowner, will be coming here again if I am in the area.

Pros: really nice shower with unlimited hot water. Staff friendliness Cons: Dirty bedding (stains) Dirty towels (stains) Noisy and high traffic area. Parking is horrible (car will get scratched) Breakfast options are limited, not half the variety of food at most hotels, and the staff watch you on a huge TV at the front desk . Deposit increased upon arrival.

Turn a blind eye..or dont stay here

The pictures may not show how dirty this room was but we decided to just deal with issue after event. Stayed 1 night. Golden 1 center is about 2 miles away. 10 min drive. The surrounding location is the typical downtown older side and residential area. Hotel has Free onsite parking. Ihop next door is open 24 hrs. The hotel building is ok looking ,some areas were clean ,like the hallways and elevator. The room is spacious include fridge and coffee maker. After the concert, back in the room,i calld front desk and asked if they had cleaning wipes, he says no we only have tissues. I asked of they had a cleaning spray and paper towels so I could clean what was buggjn me. Front desk confirmed. Went pick up cleaner spray at Front desk. He says he would need to go to the room and take pictures and clean the room himself. So I declined offer because it was late after midnight i was tired. I used the rooms bar soap and tissues to wipe and sanitize the areas i touched and the stains that was clearly unsanirary. I had my own towel and hand sanitizer. I had my own body soap. The. Shower had some hair and grime . I used the horel towel ro stand in and rinse myself. It was worst shower because i didnt feel clean. Sigh..

The room has a bed and a desk, Tv didn’t work. Floor dirty. No microwave. The good thing it was close to the location I need to visit. Plenty of people are walking and smoking outside. The wall is thin, so you can hear people walking and talking outside and other rooms. Some people even stand in front of my room and smoke, so it was very noisy the whole time.

Room was cozy and clean. Looked like room had recently been updated. Breakfast was good and plenty of options to choose from. We felt safe and overall had a good experience. Only thing I didn't like was it was so close to freeway you could hear the noise, but we got a great rate on the room so it wasn't a deal breaker.

Fine for 1 night

Besides staying under rude, noisy guests, everything was fine. However, we'd probably look for something in a better area and something more updated. It was fine but one of those- you get what you pay for- situations.
