Todd at tthe front desk was wonderful. I had a late check in and he was very accommodating. He made us feel welcome and explained the breakfast and got us checked in quickly . My grandson and I went to our room The room looked clean and everything seemed cleaned. The walls were very thin because our neighbors were loud all night and had the television turned way up high. Kids need guidance from parents we were on second floors kids slaming doors running back and forth til after 10:30 PM Baning or jumping off something shook the floors had to call front desk to have it stopped no discipline

Good for the price

The hotel looks nicer on the inside, than the outside. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, and updated. The beds were comfortable. They had cookies and popcorn, and drinks for an evening reception. Breakfast was a little sad. There was a waffle maker, donut holes, random fruit, yogurt and two kinds of cereal. I didn't see any breads for toasting or pastries. Pretty lacking even for a Continental breakfast. The pool was gross, and should be shut down for cleaning! It was very dark and murky. The hot tub had scum a foot deep. The scum is a bulld up of body oils, deoderants, detergent. It's not a sign of high maintenance..We have a hot tub, and could tell, this one is not maintained. If you're not looking to swim or eat a great breakfast, this hotel is fine. We were here overnight only, and it served the purpose.

Sidewalks need repair badly, transitions very poor for wheelchairs. Never ever got our floor cleaned and ran out of toilet paper.

The online check in was great. When we arrived, I just had to show ID and was handed the room key. It was fast, easy and convenient. The staff was super friend and the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again!
