I did not stay at the location, i booked the rooms for 4 coach drivers. During the stay we had one of our drivers have a medical Emergency. We called and Kristin was absolutely awesome, she went above and beyond calling emergency services and keeping us at our office informed and making sure other staff would be aware of us coming to pick up our drivers personal effects.
