Great little location with generous details
My husband, dog and I decided to spend a week in Colorado to celebrate his birthday and get out of the heat of Arizona. Salida was a pleasant little town to visit with lots to see and do if you enjoy all things outdoors. Little Wren was a great home base with wonderful amenities! The space was very comfortable for being a tiny home. I was actually amazed that it had enough space to host easy 5 adults but was perfect for just us 2. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything well stocked and ready for cooking any meal while there, the bathroom had super soft towels and also big enough for two people to be in at one time. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed with plenty of space for our clothes in the closets. The front porch was nice sized to accommodate our bicycles and to enjoy an evening cocktail while watching the sunset and the local deer meander through the neighborhood. Location wise it was a a mile bicycle ride to downtown and thankfully the town is very bicycle friendly, we felt very safe taking our pup for his daily runs. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The owners were so easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure that the week there was special for our celebration by providing things like a gift card to an amazing yummy restaurant to having Champagne chilled & waiting when we arrived, they even provided a dog bag with goodies for our pup to spoil him as well.
