Don’t stay there!!!

The place was dirty, and was under construction, very loud and everything setting everywhere, and it smelled so bad of marijuana, it was unreal, was not happy with that and couldn’t get money back either. The pool didn’t work, the hot tub didn’t work, and the weight room was closed, and so was the restaurant,

Checking in was terrible. Got there at 2:40. It was3:25 when i finaly got checked in. She said she was busy counting change construction is loud during the day. And parking is on other side of building. Had to walk around building every time you go to your vehicle

I stayed at this property exactly 2 years ago and there was remodeling going on then and it still has not been completed the entire thing. What they have completed looks very nice however.

Garbage hotel with even worse staff. Don't leave ANYTHING in your room you don't want thrown away. The pool WILL be closed. Breakfast is terrible and served from a dingy second floor meeting room. Staff is entirely unhelpful in resolving issues they've created.

Okay hotel for a 1 night stay

Some good things here including the beds and the shower. Some not so good things were the first floor under construction and terrible drainage in the parking lot (it was pouring when we arrived and had to walk through deep water). And they couldn't find my reservation to check out even though we were checked in the night before and had slept in the room.

Renovations are taking forever!

Our room was clean and comfortable and I think recently renovated with much better shower for mobility challenged people! The breakfast was nice but hard to find as the facility was still under renovations since our last visit a few years ago so it was in a 2nd floor room. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 but was unattended so 2 mornings at 8 there was no coffee, (even after calling front desk and asking for someone to fis issue) 1 morning no potatoes, and every morning very unsanitary as no one was cleaning tables or food area. Same gigantic pot hole in back parking area as last visit a few years ago.

The new upgrades were very nice. I loved the shower. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Though I was told that yours was a "smoke-free" hotel, the smell of marijuana was overpowering on the fourth floor. The ice machine on the fourth floor was not working.

Horrible experience.

The entire experience was dreadful. We didn’t have a room assigned when we arrived and the property was “sold out” Thankfully someone else checking in was accommodating enough to take the one king room available and give us their double room for our party of 4. Upon arriving at 10:30pm we found a room covered in filth and ants. The front desk attendant was incredibly kind and apologetic but I had to scrub the room myself. After three bucket dumps, the floor was still disgusting. I finally gave up and decided it was clean enough to walk across and the ants were dead. The next morning I asked for the room to be cleaned and to speak with a manager. When we returned hours later, the room was not cleaned, only tidied as the walls still had dirt and what looked like fecal matter smeared on them. As of this review and a week later with a phone call daily to the property, the manager April has yet to call me back to address any of this.

The property is going through major renovations, no signs indicating which hall the room is on, post it notes taped to door indicating room numbers(placards were placed on the floor). Breakfast was in a makeshift conference room.
