The room was terrible heat didn’t work and shower was as dirty as the parking lot. We slept in our clothes too scared of bed linen to undress. I don’t believe they changed it in over two weeks and no one at desk to let know at checkout

The desk attendant was the only thing nice about this place. She was very friendly and accommodating. The outside of the building was very dirty and needed a good power washing if nothing else. My room was what I call "a pig with lipstick." The carpet was filthy, and was probably the orginal from when the place was first built. The decor items was that of the hotel chain requirements, but the new paint was just covering bad repair nobs from holes put in the walls at some point in time. The mattress was old and lumpy and I was really concerned about the possibility of bedbugs, but fortunately I did not have any bites or see blood anywhere the next morning. The room I had was an accessabily room which included a disability shower, but I opted to not use it due to not being in the best shape. I stopped at the "breakfast bar" on the way out, but walked back out without eating due to not having options with proteins. I will not stay there again.

Our non smoking room had big cigarette burns in it. We aaked her to move us so she did. The second non smoking room smelled so musty. Do not stay here!!!

The door was filthy on the inside like it was never wiped down also a hole in the wall behind the door. There were 2 holes in the blanket on the bed from what looked like it was made by cigarettes in a no smoking room. There was what looked like black mold under the air conditioning unit and someone tried to paint over it and hide it. I took pictures of all of it and should recieve a refund it was a nasty place to stay Walter

The room was clean and fresh. Air wasn’t on, but it didn’t take long to cool down. Comfortable bed and squishy pillows (which I like). It was quiet too. Easy to get to & plenary of restaurants and Walmart near by. Great pricing!

Overall thoughts on room 111

There was wear and tear in the room but nothing that Affected our stay, Though I felt like they did not clean the room properly Or someone was using it without permission. When we arrived to our room there was food in the dresser drawer Like taco ingredients, shell, onion, seasoning, also FedEx mail. Breakfast was okay at best, Orange Juice was nasty and only really had option for corn flakes, oat meal, waffles, or snacks. Outdoor pool was closed for the season, staff was polite to us during our stay and this hotel has the option to go across street to Casino if that is what you like. Overall the hotel was what we needed for the night beds was comfortable, hot water worked, mini fridge kept my drinks cold, was located closer to the family we came to see so the stay was worth the money.
