Room looks nice and everything works well, so no complaints about that. However, the service is not what I expected. They don’t clean the room daily, and the staff told me I have to go to the office myself to pick up new towels and bedding if I want them changed, which is a bit inconvenient.

Front of the building, you can tell nothing but dogs been using it.It smells bad. Inside smells bad. My room right when I'm I checked in walked in it. Smelled terrible in the bathroom. I lifted the seat and someone used it and plastered it full of crap. I took off running and left the hotel. I don't ever wanna go back. I'm still waiting to file for a refund. Stay away.I've been to a few extended, stays.This one makes me never want to go to one ever again.!

One step above a homeless shelter. Smells like smoke. A person appeared to be sleeping in a chair in the small lobby. Was scary going to my vehicle at night because there were people just hanging out in cars. Police camera mobile trailer thing in the lot.

Excellent staff and service

When we arrived there was a problem with our room. The previous occupant was refusing to leave. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had a room for the night. They were obviously distressed over the situation. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely select this hotel when we return to SLC.
