parking is $10. They provide 1 tiny .75 fl oz bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion of each product. Went to get more from the front desk, the employee was sleeping. The good thing about this place the beds were very comfortable . For the cost of this stay wasn't it is not worth thec cost.

Just o.k.

Checkin was easy. Staff was friendly. The facility is older, needs some updating with furniture in room. (Couch) Room is large. Ran out of water in morning. Also, need to rearrange where bed is in room. Our bed was right by air conditioner which blew on the individual sleeping on that side. Bed was too close to wall air conditioner.

Good hotel at a good price.

Clean & comfortable room on the 11th floor overlooking Symphony Hall and the Salt Lake valley. There is no restaurant. Just some snack food from the gift shop. One hard boiled egg was $3.50. I walked across the street to the Starbucks in the Marriott.

The hotel was great; the staff at the hotel excellent. However, I will never use Expedia again. It is virtually impossible to connect with Expedia when help is needed with the reservation. I tried multiple times to contact Expedia and the hotel staff tried also. Absolutely terrible customer service.

It’s great for what it is. Convenient to Temple Square, TRAX, the Delta Center, and downtown. Is it a 5-star luxury resort? No, but it’s a great, clean property near all of those things.
