Room was comfortable. Tap in shower was broken so couldn't adjust temperature well. Breakfast was mediocre. The hot food items did not show up until and hour after opening. This hotel was easy to get in and out of with our truck and trailer. It did the trick and we would probably stay here again.

Clean! Very noisy guests past midnight. Very thin walls-- you can make out what people are saying. Shuttle: Please do not promise a 4:20 am shuttle for a very early flight, and then ring the hotel phone and wake people up to tell them that the shuttle is full-- and ALL shuttles are full until 8:30am. You say you didn't know until then? Well, fix your communication process. Find a way to keep track like every other hotel does. If you mess up, YOU ought to arrange the 8 min taxi ride and pay for it, rather than waiting for a complaint. Order Uber, and don't call to wake people up telling them "sorry" without fixing the problem yourself.

When checking in 8:30 pm. I asked what time did the swim pool close they said 9pm but they I saw a sign that said 11pm I asked about that sign they said that’s wrong I said ok. So my family didn’t enjoy to swim pool.I asked for extra towels and they gave me pool towels I was ok … really. Then my family decided to have breakfast it was about 7:45 or so and they had run out of hot breakfast then only had cereal I wasn’t expecting this from this hotel.

I have four things I think are important for a hotel room. Clean room comfortable bed good shower and decent Internet connection. The spark scored a perfect 5 and had a easy check in and decent parking as well. And the price was very reasonable as well

The staff was curteous and helpful. We hadn't tried a Spark hotel before, so we weren't sure what to expect. The room was smaller than most hotel rooms (Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn), and there was no closet. But, there were some hooks on the wall to hang some coats. There was a fridge and iron, but no microwave. The bed was ok... not great, not bad. Same with the pillows. We had stayed in a Holiday Inn Express the night before and the overall experience (mattress, pillows, breakfast, etc] was much better there than at Spark. The biggest negative for us was the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to be from 6AM - 10AM. We had a flight to catch, so we got down to breakfast shortly after 6. The cereal wasn't set up. There were some boiled eggs and some bagels. There was no hot food, but we were told that the hot food didn't start until 7 AM, after the Perkins opened up next door and brought food over. About 6:20, someone showed up and set up the cereal and some toppings for oatmeal. We had to leave at 6:30, so we did have a guick bite. The best thing here was the friendliness of the staff.
