Unwelcome! Given the duration of time I waited for "someone" to return to the front desk, I was able to read the greeting protocol. Upside down as it were. Judging appearence, sensing attitude and no stretch of imagination, you could argue the face of the establishment, (someone) just woke up. Hungover. The particulers arent worth mention. Resolve has to come from above. $25 parking fee and i have no car. My girl asked for a pen,(her thing) and was denied.

Had a wonderful stay! Staff were friendly and helpful, food at hotel restaurant was excellent we ate there two days in a row. We loved it overall and would definitely stay again. That being said the rooms are alittle worn, tea kettle was rusty and one of the cupboard handles was broken, the commonly used outlets were also very worn to the point things didn't stay plugged in. The bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. Definitely comfortable with our three kids we had a blast!

The room had plenty of space, and the kitchenette was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. The furniture was in great condition and very comfortable. The property offered tons of activities, and the price was amazing. We only stayed overnight but wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back with the kids when we can stay for a longer stay.

The room was ready early. Staff were welcoming and accommodating...asked for a room that was accessible without stairs. The room was clean, and kitchenette was in great shape. Area was very quite and easy access to interstate.

Staff was nice. Hotel needed upgrades. We switched rooms twice. First floor room furniture was stained and ceiling seemed really low. The second room had a celiing leak and water dripped on one of the Murphy bed. We had to relocate at 10:00 pm.

Wonderful stay at the San Clemente Inn! Exceeded expectations for the nightly price. Great staff!!! Nice amenities….pool, nice hot hot tub, fun little put-put golf, great restaurant and bar, and awesome walk along the beach every morning. Will definitely come back.
