The location couldn't be more perfect, with the best of San Diego's amenities and attractions just steps away.



The Space:

The ground floor of the house offers a spacious living area, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. It includes a flat-screen smart TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Adjacent to the living area is a large, separate dining room, providing ample space for meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, ready for preparing delicious meals. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level. Step outside to the front yard and enjoy the front deck space, complete with outdoor living furniture and stunning views of the bay and downtown. The fenced backyard provides a private oasis with comfortable seating and a gas BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom and three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a smart TV, a comfortable queen-size bed, and a private balcony with spectacular views of the Harbor and Downtown. The second bedroom offers two full beds and a spacious closet, while the third bedroom provides a queen-size bed and closet.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! You can walk, bike, or use scooters to explore the neighborhood. Uber and the San Diego Trolley are also readily available. For those driving, free parking is available on the street and on the premises. We're conveniently located near many of San Diego's top attractions.



Other Things to Note:

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.



Our most convenient location near Little Italy, Balboa Park, Downtown, and the Int'l Airport does lend us to some overhead airplane noise. We are on the landing side, and not directly under the path, so sounds is much less than (and doesn't last as long) as the takeoff side, but should be noted before booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check in 24 hrs: You'll receive a smart lock code that will be active during your stay. Although entire stay will be private and uninterrupted, I am available at any time should you need anything at all.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Port of San Diego. Laundry facilities are available. The holiday home offers a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms.
