Ant Infested

It was probably one of my worst hotel experiences due to a persistent ant infestation throughout the room and bathroom. Unfortunately, we were locked in for Comic Con, with few other options. We notified the front desk who told us they would spray, but the infestation persisted. My kids didn’t want to go back to the room each day, and begged to sleep in the car instead, and, in the end, we purchased our own ant traps and non-toxic spray. The traps under the beds filled immediately and the one by the door was empty, so they weren’t crawling in through the door. For a day after we left, I still felt like I had phantom ants crawling on me, it was that bad.

Overall we really liked the property. good value. Older but clean, well cared for, felt safe and nice. What we truly did NOT like was NO free coffee (not in the room, not in the check in lobby) and not 1 or 2 free waters in the room? little things like that matter when other hotels are doing them.

Too dirty!! Towels were stained, one of the sheets was dirty. Overall just horrible experience. Shame to pay the amount of money charged for such a crappy accommodations.
