Check in was pretty decent. They did accomodate us on an early check in. We weren't given directions to our room so ended up driving around the entire property only getting lost once. We were told we'd have a ground floor room but it was an upstairs room. I brought in some sealed box donuts for breakfast. When we woke up the box inside and out was swarming with ants. Let front counter know and they didn't seem very concerned, which I was surprised about. The room wasn't expensive, so perhaps you get what you pay for.

Hotel is decent. I literally used to to sleep so I wasnt there long. Room was clean. Bed was comfy and check in was easy. Other than this, I didn't get to experience the pool or anything else so i cant give to much feedback on anything else. It's in Mission Valley hotel circle. Not far from airport or down town.

Hey guys, this is not a 4 star hotel. I don’t know who’s staying here and giving it 4 stars. Someone banged on our door and slipped a flyer for a pizza place INTO our door in the middle of the night. Not cool. Ruined the entire experience honestly. It was decently clean but I do not feel it was worth the money I spent to stay there. Please just like go somewhere else.

Hotel gives a cheap Hawaii vibe. Rooms were average for a hotel. Bed was hard. Other guests were smoking right outside so smell of smoke radiated into our room. It’s under construction so there was limited parking.

I love this hotel! Clean, quiet and convenient. It’s not a luxury hotel but the price is great and we felt very safe. It’s close to everything too! We plan to stay here on our next visit to San Diego!
