When checking in the person who was at the front desk was not welcoming he seemed annoyed and in a bad mood. The room was facing the freeway so very loud day/night got very little rest...the power outlets by the beds do not work and other outlets in the room spark when you connect the phone charger. The water in the shower has no pressure. I used the fitness center the 3 days I stayed and used the towels that were on counter but by the third day no new/clean towels were available. Hotel is a bit pricey for what you get specially having to pay extra for parking...I stayed at this hotel a few times because I like the convenience of the location but not sure if I would stay again.

Really wanted to like this place but the bedding had strong smell of bleach. No one came to change linens and had to end up making our own bed. The man that works the front desk in the evenings is very nice, other staff not so friendly.
