Staff could be more helpful and friendly, particularly at the Nash restaurant.
At Canary Market, the cash system prompts for a tip on every purchase, which felt a bit awkward—especially when buying something simple like a bottle of Coke and wanting to skip tipping.
When I booked through Expedia, I wasn’t aware of the resort fee or what it covered at the destination. That came as a surprise, and having clearer information upfront would have helped with planning.
Overall, I loved the room view. Cleanliness was solid (4/5). The coffee machines, however, could use a more thorough cleaning and maintenance.
I have some feedback on the flight part of my package that I hope I get a chance to relay.
