Check in was easy and valet was easy. Hotel was crowded with construction. It was very hard to find ice since we were on the 4th floor and we had to go all the way to the first floor for ice and water. The water fountain on the first floor wasn’t very convenient for water bottles to refill. We noticed there wasn’t a phone in our room either which was kinda weird. Other than all that, it was an okay stay.

Pros: walking distance to eateries, farmer’s markets on Saturdays, Sundays. Cons: It takes more than 30 minutes to join hotel’s internet. TV in the room doesn’t work at all. Loud noise above our room in the middle of the night between 2-4 AM.

Our rooms a/c was not working correctly. They were doing construction and had my allergies flaring up. I thought I was getting sick. It was hot and humid. I had my mother stay in a different and had the same problem. The valet guy started helping me with my bags and I genuinely needed assistance unloading my truck. I had a toddler with me. His supervisor told him to start helping someone else. Room service never came to clean my room.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Josiah was so pleasant and managed to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. I look forward to when the renovation is complete and we will come visit again. The location was fantastic, so much to do in Little Italy!

Room was very worn down and looked ghetto. I was afraid a roach was coming out any minute… no basic necessities like Kleenex like every other hotel would have. The shampoo & conditioner dispenser was rusty, very worn down hotel. Lots of hidden costs at the end.

The pool was actually a spool. The room only had one trash can , no phone and construction outside that started at 7:30am. You had to text the front desk for any house cleaning needs which I did upon arrival for a trash can & extra towels and they never came.
