The room was clean nice hot shower staff was friendly over all it was good would of been better if the parking wasn't so expensive 65.00 a night. But it is right in gaslamp area. So you have to remind your self its fine. diegoso i iver looked

The hotel is in a great location in the gaslamp section of San Diego. The staff was very friendly and personable. We did eat in the restaurant and the service was slow. The waiter did not hide the fact the kitchen was slow and did apologize many times. The room was our concern. It was very small and tight. The bathroom was very oversize. There was a huge jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which made it difficult to get in and out. Also the faucet was barely dripping water. Also, the fridge didn't keep water cold. Overall thoughts were not all negative. I'd stay again but request a different room to accommodate us and pick a different shower set up.

Hidden fees of 35.00 a day to quote use pool and gym. Was woken up at 3:23 am called front desk after 20 min. Waited 12 min nothing changed called again. Went quiet for 10 min then parties more until 6:13 am. Hotel didnt recheck or contact me that taken care of. Had excusez did not care. In the am garbage in hall way looked like feeces on floor with tissue gross. Restaurant wait staff all seem like they hate their jobs. Not frienly very long waits to get someone to even say I'll be with you in a moment. Even when barely any patrons. Over all horrible experiences wont ever stay at franchise again will never recommended
