The hotel was in a great location for SeaWorld, and the property itself looked nice. Unfortunately, the main pool was closed for remodeling the day we arrived, and the alternative pool was far away and difficult to access. Staff was not helpful, we had to get multiple keys reissued for various issues (Pool access). Fire pits were reserved exclusively for the overpriced onsite restaurant, which felt disappointing given the resort fees. For the price, amenities were lacking compared to a standard hotel. We will not be returning.

Nice place. I saw what others said about needing some updates as they could paint in bathrooms, trims, etc but let’s be real…I was on vacation and slept there and got up and hit the sights again. Was it the nicest place I’ve ever stayed? No but it was just fine! My only complaint is how early the bar/restaurant closed. We got in later and they were getting ready to close up at 8:40pm. The property was beautiful, staff friendly and helpful and I liked the location being away from the noise of the city. Easy to access bus lines and quick response from ride shares. I would have liked an airport shuttle given the price point but we made it work!
