This hotel suited my needs nicely, but it's an old property that is due for a facelift upgrade. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, however, and the availability of two on-site restaurants (Ruth's Chris and Claimjumper) was nice... particularly if you want BEEF!

Ok, wouldn’t stay again

Our room was very cold, we spent 2 days freezing, we had to go down to front counter to tell someone to come and fix heater, maintenance man promptly came, our room was only cleaned once. We’d prepaid for room, no one informed us that we had to pay for parking until check out. Which price was outrageous some of the electrical outlets in room didn’t work so our electronics were plugged into different rooms

Perfect for the night before a cruise!

Great rooms and convenient to the Holland America cruise terminal. Check out the restaurant onsite.

The only thing I liked was the view from the balkony. Other than that, for the price of the room, bathroom had a closet inside that was very inconvenient. The bad covers under the sheets had holes, the bed headboards were durty and the terrace ouside looked like it was never painted Would not stay there ever again.

Was an excellent place to stay for the festival at the waterfront. Claim Jumper restaurant right in the lobby. Parking was easy, lots of food options in walking distance. Loved the balcony
