Late night main desk staff were top notch, including the valets. I can’t forget the individuals running the breakfasts, it was busy and they were on top of every single thing. Thank you for your dedication to your job it made our experience great stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!

It's very simple for one night. It was quiet. Free breakfast was ok....nothing special. It was close enough to walk about to attractions. I thought it was expensive for what you get.

Everything we needed to do was within walking distance, Bike Rental, In and Out, Starbucks, Big Bus Stop, Pier 39, etc. The infamous Fisherman's Wharf Sign was about a block and a half away. I think the most delightful surprise was the free hot breakfast, the variety was amazing! I will definitely come stay here again.

Great location for Fishermans wharf and for Alcatraz tours. They advertise parking but the public parking is 50 dollars a day and their valet parking is 65+tax so 74. but it is worth having your car right there and not Blocks away in public parking.

The hotel staff was wonderful. This hotel is located in walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Would stay there again if we're in San Francisco again.

One of the loudest properties I’ve ever stayed in. The walls and ceiling are made of paper. We were up all night due to all the noises going on around us. Including what sounded like a furniture moving contest above us. From the moment we checked in to the second we checked out we heard what sounded like furniture being dragged throughout the entire floor upstairs, it didn’t sound secluded to just one unit. It kept us up all night resulting in a very sleepless night. The AC units are from the Stone Age and were extremely loud every time it kicked on. The staff were friendly and the location was nice but other than that it was not a good stay.
