Budget hotel. You get what you pay for

The hotel needs an upgrade… floors are uneven; windows need cleaning. Since there is no AC you have to open the windows and it’s very dirty. Carpets need update. But the people at the desk are the friendliest. That’s what keeps it going.

Pros:The hotel room itself was clean inside and the bed was very comfortable. They have an ice machine and water dispenser but that price is included in their “amenities price”. The continental breakfast was nice. They have security walking around the premises so that felt a little safer. The parking lot is small but at least if you are lucky enough to secure a spot your car is safe because of security walking around. Cons: There is no thermostat in the rooms and they are doing construction on one of the other floors so opening the window wasn’t an option due to noise. You can also smell really pungent urine outside the property as well as inside the hallways and rooms. The lobby didn’t smell surprisingly but I think it’s because they have air freshener. The man that checked us in wasn’t very friendly and was very hard to hear. Parking is 30/day. It definitely doesn’t feel like a neighborhood. The pool isn’t at this hotel as listed but is across the street at their sister property. The bathroom in the lobby was being worked on so make sure you don’t have to use the restroom right away when you arrive. Our bathroom fan didn’t work either.

Not the best

The room was very small, especially the shower—it was tiny. The sink wasn’t even in the bathroom; it was oddly placed right in front of the bed. The listing mentioned a pool, but failed to mention that it’s actually located across the street in a completely different hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.
